Shipping In The U.S.

All orders placed will normally ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method, from Del Mar, California. For Free Shipping we use USPS. We only offer free shipping to the contiguous U.S.A

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY.

Returns

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return any product purchased on mustardseedbaby.com within 10 days of purchase. The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, un-altered). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Along with the returned item(s), include your name, email address and order number. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns, which will be applied to your refund.

Items on clearance are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on mustardseedbaby.com. If you purchased a Mustard Seed Baby item from anywhere other than mustardseedbaby.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are processed within 2 – 3 weeks of receipt and refunds issued to your original method of payment.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Mustard Seed Baby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Exchanges

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order.
