I had waited so many years and finally that moment I was embracing my daughter! I was so overjoyed that I sat there in the delivery room with my husband, our lawyer, and Nevaeh’s birth mama.

The most challenging part of being a mom is trying not to compare myself to other moms on social media.  “Comparison is the thief of joy.”

From the day my daughter was born, I had read Psalms 91 to her. This particular Psalm talks about the promises of protection from the Lord.

Motherhood is like riding a bike. No one knows what they are doing at first. It takes time, patience, commitment and persistence to learn how to ride.

The “XOXO, GOD” onesie! Because my Kinzley Grace is a gift from God! It just reminds me that she came from Him in His perfect timing and that she is SO LOVED.
